The Dr. Hauschka Treatment
This is far more than just a facial. The Dr. Hauschka Treatment uses a holistic approach to support the skins inherent ability to regulate and heal itself, stimulating the lymph with rhythmic massage techniques that cleanse internally as the products cleanse externally.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING A TREATMENT?
Enjoy a warm Sage foot bath whilst we discuss your skin care routine. You then move to the couch where your feet and legs are massaged followed by gentle stretching movements to your neck, head and arms. Your face and décolleté are then cleansed using aromatic compresses to stimulate the circulation and enhance the cleansing process. This is followed by an herbal steam inhalation and a purifying clay mask. Next, feel the unique, rhythmical lymph stimulation using soft brush strokes and gentle hand movements. (Don’t even try to stay awake). Finally, a nourishing face mask and a healing décolleté massage are followed by application of day care products. You will feel relaxed, refreshed and with glowing skin.
The Dr Hauschka Body Treatment
This unique massage works with your lymphatic system to restore harmony and balance. The treatment works on many levels, from simple relaxation, to helping aching muscles, to stimulate poor circulation and to boost a sluggish lymphatic system.
The treatment starts with a warm Sage foot bath and consultation. You then move to the couch for themassage which consists of gentle movements that work deeply and rhythmically on the whole body.
This amazing massage leaves you feeling relaxed and calm. It is suitable for almost everyone but especially beneficial at stressful times and when recovering from illness or after having a baby.
The Dr.Hauschka Clarifying Treatment
This begins with a warm Sage foot bath and consultation. The products and treatment work together to support and harmonise the skin’s natural processes. To ensure effective treatment of acne conditions, the skin is cared for by re-awakening the lymphatic system. This is achieved using unique techniques. The skin is thoroughly yet gently cleansed followed by steam inhalation and a purifying clay mask. You will then experience the unique lymphatic stimulation massage that encourages the skin to calm and balance itself, remove toxins and restore balance. Your skin is then fed with Rhythmic Conditioner and a mask that refines and heals the skin. After application of day care, a home care plan will be recommended.
The treatment is similar to The Dr.Hauschka Treatment using a specific combination of products to care for and improve the condition of oily, acne prone skin. It is a deeply relaxing experience and introduces you to the principle of treating your skin gently to achieve brilliant results.
Dr Hauschka 1 hour facial
The signature Dr.Hauschka Treatment is a 2 hour treatment but when you don’t have 2 hours to spare we can offer a shorter version of this treatment incorporating a thorough yet gentle cleansing routine, the exclusive lymphatic stimulation massage that boosts the natural functions of the skin as well as being gloriously relaxing, followed by application of a skin boosting conditioner and feeding mask whilst your décolleté and shoulders are massaged.
This treatment leaves your skin looking and feeling healthy and glowing and is a stress relieving experience.
