Jess founded Remedy because she wanted to combine the luxury of the Spa or Salon with the genuinely therapeutic treatments on offer at Complementary Therapy Centres.
She started learning Shiatsu out of curiosity and was soon hooked and spent nearly 4 years training to be a practitioner. She continues to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and Shiatsu techniques to enhance her treatments. Her other passion is Dr.Hauschka skin care. She offers the widest range of Dr.Hauschka Rhythmic Treatments in the East Midlands.
SUE RUSHBROOKE
ACUPUNCTURIST
Sue completed a 4 year training in Traditinal Chinese Medicine at York and is a member of the British Acupuncture Council. She is a Community Nurse in the NHS with over 26 years experience. Her calm manner ensures that her clients have a relaxing treatment whilst experiencing the many benefits of Acupuncture.
HAYLEY HOLDEN
REFLEXOLOGIST
Hayley studied Reflexology at Caritas Natural Health Clinic and has furthered her knowledge by studying Maternity Reflexology, Male and Female Infertility, The Meridians and the 5 Elements and Toe Reading at post graduate level. She is also studying Naturopathic Nutrition. Her Reflexology is a reflection of the enthusiasm and knowledge she brings to her treatments.
SANDRA BAILEY
HYPNOTHERAPIST
Sandra is a clinical hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming(NLP) practitioner and life coach. As a qualified teacher and counsellor she has worked in adult education and with voluntary organisations with groups and individuals. Sandra has a strong belief in the mind body spirit connection and enjoys working with clients to support them as they bring about positive changes in their lives. She is also a qualified HypnoBirthing practitioner and specialises in HypnoFertility – hypnotherapy for fertility issues.
